Abrasives
UNIGRIT abrasive
UNIGRIT is a high-quality blasting abrasive intended for professional abrasive blasting of steel, concrete, reinforced concrete and stone surfaces. UNIGRIT is produced from copper slag and is used wherever effective removal of rust, mill scale, old paint coatings, technological contaminants and surface preparation before painting and anti-corrosion protection are required.
The product meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 11126-3 for non-metallic abrasives used for surface preparation before applying protective coatings. UNIGRIT enables surface preparation in accordance with ISO requirements in classes SA 1, SA 2, SA 2½ and SA 3. As a result, copper slag abrasive is suitable for demanding anti-corrosion works on steel structures.
UNIGRIT copper slag abrasive has an amorphous structure, which means that the silicon dioxide (SiO₂) it contains occurs in the form of stable silicate compounds. The free silica content does not exceed 1%, which helps reduce harmful dust generated during blasting. Therefore the abrasive can be used safely in surface cleaning processes in accordance with applicable industrial requirements. UNIGRIT may be used in abrasive blasting processes carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety requirements, including German DGUV Regel 100-500 Paragraph 3.2, Chapter 2.24 (Work with abrasive agents).
Applications of UNIGRIT abrasive
UNIGRIT copper slag abrasive is used in abrasive blasting of steel, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces. Thanks to high hardness and angular grain structure, it effectively removes contaminants, corrosion and old protective coatings, preparing the substrate for further technological processes.

UNIGRAV aggregates
UNIGRAV is an aggregate used in road construction and mineral-bituminous mixtures. The product is used in pavement structural layers and as a stabilizing component in various road technologies.
The aggregate is suitable for sub-bases, leveling layers and mechanical and cement stabilization. Thanks to stable parameters, it can be an alternative to natural aggregates.
The offer includes UNIGRAV 0/2 and UNIGRAV 0/0.4 fractions. Technical and quality documentation is available on request.

The consistently high quality of the produced aggregate is ensured by the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system implemented in the company. The factory production control certificate issued by the Institute of Mechanisation of Construction and Rock Mining in accordance with EN 13043:2002 +AC:2004 and EN 13242:2002 +A1:2007 allows UNIGRAV aggregate to be marketed under system 2+. Aggregate properties and declarations of performance are available upon request.
