UNIGRIT abrasive
UNIGRIT is an abrasive for blasting cleaning of steel, concrete and stone surfaces. The material, produced from copper slag in accordance with ISO 11126-3, is characterized by high hardness, low free silica content and an angular grain structure.
According to the test report issued by the Institut für Korrosionsschutz GmbH in Dresden, Unigrit abrasive meets the requirements specified in section 3.2 of chapter 2.24 (abrasive blasting works) of DGUV regulation 100-500 (updated version 09/2024), without exceeding the permissible limits of siliceous, toxic and carcinogenic components.
The product can be used for surface preparation in SA-3, SA-2½, SA-2 and SA-1 standards. It is applied in steel structures, shipbuilding, and for renovation of tanks, bridges and industrial infrastructure.
The availability of several grain sizes, various packaging options and own transport enables flexible adjustment of the offer to current industrial needs as well as larger domestic and export deliveries.

UNIGRAV aggregates
UNIGRAV is an aggregate used in road construction and mineral-bituminous mixtures. The product is used in pavement structural layers and as a stabilizing component in various road technologies.
The aggregate is suitable for sub-bases, leveling layers and mechanical and cement stabilization. Thanks to stable parameters, it can be an alternative to natural aggregates.
The offer includes UNIGRAV 0/2 and UNIGRAV 0/0.4 fractions. Technical and quality documentation is available on request.

The consistently high quality of the produced aggregate is ensured by the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system implemented in the company. The factory production control certificate issued by the Institute of Mechanisation of Construction and Rock Mining in accordance with EN 13043:2002 +AC:2004 and EN 13242:2002 +A1:2007 allows UNIGRAV aggregate to be marketed under system 2+. Aggregate properties and declarations of performance are available upon request.
